The Preservation of order for use of the Hall is as follow:
- Every person using the Hall or attending any function therein must be tidily clad and must conduct himself/herself in an orderly and becoming manner.
- Every person to whom the Hall is hired shall be held personally responsible for any damage to the Hall, its furniture and fixtures and for the loss or breakage of any articles of furniture.
- A deposit of 25% is required of any person to whom the Hall is hired. Howeverthis deposit does not apply to Government.
