The Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development is pleased to announce that the Honourable Dr. Kishore Shallow, Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development, will host his inaugural press conference on Thursday, 14th May, 2026, at the La Vue Hotel, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
This landmark engagement will feature the official launch of the national “Love SVG” tourism campaign, a bold and unifying initiative designed to strengthen Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ global tourism brand, while fostering national pride and encouraging deeper stakeholder engagement across the sector.
The press conference will also deliver a comprehensive update on the performance of the tourism sector, coupled with a transparent review of the Ministry’s first six months under new leadership. This will include an outline of key achievements, challenges encountered, and the strategic direction moving forward.
The Ministry regards the “Love SVG” campaign as a pivotal step in repositioning the destination, promoting national unity, and inspiring every Vincentian to serve as an ambassador for the country’s distinctive tourism product.
