The activities for which the Hall can be used are as follows:
The Hall and its facilities may be used for Cultural, Social, Commercial, Education and Welfare activities, but more particularly for the giving or holding of:
- Public entertainment including concerts, bazaars and fairs
- Lectures
- Debates, including political discussions, but not meetings for election campaigns
- Dances
- Conferences and conventions
- Meeting of business and industrial organisations or voluntary social welfare workers, recognised sport clubs and such organisations.
- Classes organised by the Extra Mural Department of the University College of the West Indies.
- Courses of instruction conducted by or under the auspices of the Education Department,
- Such other purposes as may be approved by the Committee of Management provided that they are not inconsistent with the general purposes stated above.
